Former Pakistani actor and model Komal Aziz Khan has responded to rumours about her pregnancy and marital status, addressing questions from followers during a question-and-answer session on Instagram.
The actor, known for dramas including Bharosa Pyar Tera, Kasa-e-Dil and Raaz-e-Ulfat, has stepped away from showbiz to focus on her clothing business, Omal by Komal.
Recent changes in her appearance sparked online speculation about whether she was pregnant or had secretly married. During her Instagram Q&A, Komal was asked directly whether she was expecting a child.

“Maybe I got expired and ineligible for marriage. Nothing can happen now but my life can be a lesson to many other women who should take care of themselves,” she responded.

Why Komal Aziz ruled out marrying an actor
During the same interaction, a follower suggested that Komal should marry actor Adeel Chaudhary.
She praised Chaudhary as a good actor and person but said she would not marry someone from the acting profession.
According to her response, she would be uncomfortable with the nature of an actor’s work, particularly the closeness actors may have with other women as part of their roles.
