Chinese Embassy Delegation Visits Daily Ittehad Media Group, Praises Efforts to Promote Pakistan China Friendship

ISLAMABAD (DI NEWS) : Ms. Zhuang Xingyan, Head of the Press Section at the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Pakistan, along with Mr. Yang Taofi, visited the offices of Daily Ittehad Media Group and Pakistan Economic Network, where they interacted with the management and editorial team and discussed the role of media in further strengthening Pakistan China relations.

During the visit, Ms. Zhuang was briefed on the working of Daily Ittehad Media Group and Pakistan Economic Network, particularly their coverage of China, bilateral relations, regional connectivity, development, and people to people exchanges.

She also observed the working environment of Pakistan Economic Network and appreciated the quality of content being produced by the platform, as well as its continued efforts to highlight developments in China and promote greater understanding between the peoples of Pakistan and China.

The discussions focused on the longstanding friendship between the two countries and the important role that media institutions can play in strengthening mutual understanding, promoting constructive narratives, and bringing the two societies closer together.

Ms. Zhuang appreciated the longstanding association of Daily Ittehad Media Group with China and expressed her pleasure at seeing old and dear friends of China continuing their efforts to promote positivity, friendship, and stronger relations between Pakistan and China.

The two sides also exchanged views on enhancing media cooperation and exploring more meaningful collaborations and exchanges in the future.
