ISLAMABAD (DI NEWS) : A delegation from the Christian community of Pakistan, led by Mr. Joel Amir Sahotra, Former Member of the Punjab Assembly, visited the Apostolic Nunciature the Embassy of the Holy See in Islamabad to express their heartfelt condolences on the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis.
During the visit, the delegation signed the condolence book and conveyed deep sorrow and sympathy on behalf of the Christian community in Pakistan. The visit symbolized respect, solidarity, and recognition of Pope Francis’s life-long commitment to interfaith dialogue, peace, and the dignity of humanity.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Joel Amir Sahotra said,
“Pope Francis was not only a spiritual leader of the Catholic Church but also a global ambassador of love, compassion, and unity.
