The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has officially announced the results of the second annual intermediate examinations.
Tens of thousands of students across Pakistan appeared in Part I and Part II exams, with overall pass percentages showing strong performance in both categories.
According to the federal board, a total of 88,746 students appeared in the second annual examinations for Intermediate Part I.
Out of these:
- 71,845 students passed
- 15,628 students failed
- Success rate: 82%
The high pass percentage reflects strong participation and performance in the first-year examinations.
Part II results: 65.35% students pass
For Intermediate Part II, the board reported that 18,611 students appeared in the second annual exams.
The results are as follows:
- 11,682 students passed
- 8,198 students failed
- Success rate: 65.35%
Although the pass percentage for Part II is lower than Part I, officials say the results reflect consistent academic effort across the board.
