Security forces have thwarted an attempted drone attack by terrorists in Balochistan’s Kharan district, shooting down all five drones before they could reach their intended targets.
According to security sources, the incident occurred in the Albat area of Kharan, where terrorists attempted to target a security checkpoint using low-end drones.
Security sources said terrorists launched five low-end drones in an attempt to attack a security installation in the area. However, security forces responded promptly and successfully destroyed all five drones before they could reach their intended targets.
The timely response prevented the attempted attack from causing any damage, with security sources confirming that no losses or damage were reported.
Following the incident, security forces reiterated their determination to completely eradicate terrorism from Balochistan.
