Pakistan’s diplomatic success has been acknowledged in the British Parliament, while its role in promoting peace was praised in the House of Lords.
Pakistan received commendation for its efforts to help ease tensions between Iran and the United States. Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon praised Pakistan’s contribution and expressed his gratitude, saying: “Many thanks to Pakistan.”
British parliamentarians commended Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts, while Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s diplomacy received recognition at the international level.
The British government stated that Pakistan played an important role in helping the United States and Iran reach their present stage of engagement.
