Pakistani law firm ZOAO Law LLP and Beijing Huicheng Law Firm have inaugurated a joint office in Beijing to strengthen China-Pakistan legal cooperation and expand cross-border legal services for businesses and investors operating between the two countries.
A signing and inauguration ceremony for the joint office was held at Huicheng Law Firm’s office in Beijing, attended by senior representatives, partners and legal professionals from both sides.
The joint office has been established to provide legal support in areas including cross-border investment, trade, regulatory compliance, corporate affairs and dispute resolution. The cooperation aims to improve legal coordination and facilitate more efficient legal services for Chinese and Pakistani clients engaged in bilateral commercial activities.
As a Pakistan-based legal firm with experience in local regulatory and business matters, ZOAO Law firm will work closely with the Chinese side to strengthen practical legal cooperation and enhance service capabilities between the two countries.
Cheng Deyong, Director of the Huicheng-Pakistan Joint Office, and Fan Shiwen, Director of Beijing Huicheng Law Firm, attended the ceremony and participated in the signing of the cooperation agreement and unveiling of the new office.
The joint office will continue to provide professional and responsive legal services to support clients navigating cross-border legal and commercial matters between Pakistan and China.
