    President Xi sends congratulatory message to SCO green, sustainable development forum

    Chinese President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory message on Wednesday to the Green and Sustainable Development Forum of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). The forum opened in Ningbo, east China’s Zhejiang Province, on Wednesday.
