Sydney Sweeney is turning the page both personally and professionally. Months after ending her engagement to Jonathan Davino, the actress has reportedly dissolved their shared production company and launched a new one entirely under her control.
According to TMZ, the 28-year-old actress has officially ended her business partnership with Davino, 42.
A source told the outlet that Sweeney dissolved Fifty-Fifty Films LLC, the production company the pair co-founded in 2019 during the early stages of their relationship.
The move comes months after the couple called off their engagement last year.
Fifty-fifty films officially closed
Fifty-Fifty Films LLC produced several notable projects, including the romantic comedy Anyone But You and the horror film Immaculate.
Reports indicate that the former couple filed dissolution documents with the State of California, formally closing the company.
The production house completed its final paperwork on December 12, 2025, marking the end of their joint venture.
Fresh start with sole leadership
January 2026 ushered in a new chapter for Sweeney. She launched Fifty Fifty Films Inc., a separate entity now operating entirely under her leadership.
Holding titles such as CEO and CFO, Sweeney reportedly has full authority over the company’s operations.
The move signals a bold business shift, positioning the actress not only as a performer but also as a standalone industry executive.
Relationship Timeline
Sweeney and Davino began dating in 2018 and got engaged in 2022.
After seven years together, they went their separate ways in March 2025.
Following her high-profile split, Sweeney was romantically linked to music executive Scooter Braun.
Dating rumours first surfaced in June 2025 when the two were spotted together at the wedding of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez in Italy.
Neither party has publicly confirmed the relationship.
