Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said that after India’s defeat, the world was now viewing Pakistan with a changed attitude.
Speaking to media in London, she said the love she received from the people of Punjab was beyond anything she had ever imagined. She added that after India’s attack, the manner in which Pakistan responded was due to the leadership of Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Field Marshal Asim Munir and the entire army, who deserved full credit for the victory.
CM Maryam said Field Marshal Asim Munir had provided remarkable leadership, and that the whole world was now listening to Pakistan.
Speaking about Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, CM Maryam said she had not broken the premier’s record of performance, but was rather his extension.
