Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held an important meeting with Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman on the sidelines of the Future Investment Initiative (FII) Conference in Riyadh on Monday.
Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to deepening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation across economic, energy, and investment sectors.
According to Arab media reports, delegations from both Pakistan and Saudi Arabia were present on the occasion. The discussions focused on bilateral relations and other important issues.
The meeting was attended by senior Pakistani officials, including Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar, and Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, as well as senior members of the cabinets of both countries.
Arab media reported that both sides agreed to maintain close coordination on regional and international matters and further strengthen bilateral relations.
During the discussions, the two leaders exchanged views on a wide range of economic, energy, trade, and investment-related issues. The leaders also discussed cooperation in various other sectors. Both sides agreed to explore opportunities for infrastructure, trade, and renewable energy development.
