Hungarian national ice skating champion Eszter Szombathelyi has set a new Guinness World Record by skipping 136 times in one minute while skating on ice.
She achieved this feat in front of an audience in Sun Valley, Idaho, in the United States. The minimum requirement for the attempt was 45 skips, but Eszter performed more than three times that number, leaving spectators astonished.
Dressed in a sparkling jumpsuit, she swung the rope with ease, jumping repeatedly. As time ran out, she raised her fist triumphantly and exited the stage, while the audience applauded enthusiastically.
In her words, Eszter said this had been her biggest dream, which had now come true. She encouraged other ice skaters and performers to aim high and believe that anything is possible with courage and determination.
After receiving her Guinness World Record certificate, Eszter shared photos on Instagram and described the moment as unbelievable. She expressed a desire to inspire others to dream and strive for their goals.
