ISLAMABAD (DI NEWS) : President Asif Ali Zardari departs today for a ten‑day official visit to China. The trip, at the invitation of the Chinese government, will take him to Chengdu, Shanghai, and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, where he will meet with provincial leaders and hold high‑level talks.

The visit will cover bilateral relations, focusing on economic and trade cooperation, advancement of the China‑Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), and future connectivity initiatives.
