At least 26 children were injured on Tuesday when a van carrying students from a private school plunged into a deep ravine in the Chakar area of Jhelum Valley, Azad Kashmir. According to police, the condition of three of the injured, including the driver, is reported to be critical. The body of a woman, believed to be that of model and actress Humaira Asghar, was discovered in a flat located in Ittehad Commercial, DHA Phase 6 area of Karachi. According to police officials, the woman had been living alone in the apartment for the past seven years. She had rented the flat in 2018 but reportedly stopped paying rent in 2024.
