A Smart Dragon-3 (SD-3) rocket lifted off Saturday morning in east China’s Shandong Province, sending the Geely-04 constellation of satellites into their planned orbit. Pakistan received $3.21 billion in remittances during July, the first month of the current fiscal year, maintaining the monthly average of over $3 billion, according to official data.
