A 4.8-magnitude earthquake jolted the districts of Zhob and Chaman in Balochistan.
According to the seismological centre, the earthquake was recorded at a depth of 15 kilometres, while its epicentre was located 122 kilometres northeast of Zhob.
The earthquake caused panic among residents, who came out of their homes while reciting the Kalma Tayyaba.
No loss of life or property damage has been reported so far.
