Saudi Arabia has said it intercepted and destroyed three drones that entered the kingdom’s airspace from Iraq.
According to details, the Saudi Ministry of Defence said all necessary measures would be taken to safeguard national security. The ministry added that Saudi Arabia reserved the right to respond at the appropriate time and place.
Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia condemned a drone attack near a nuclear plant in the United Arab Emirates. The Saudi Foreign Ministry said attacks against the UAE posed a threat to peace and stability in the region.
Defence Ministry spokesman Turki al-Maliki said the kingdom reserved the right to respond “at the appropriate time and place”.
