Actor Muneeb Butt has said that although every person naturally wishes for a son, he feels no regret for not having one, as his daughters bring him joy and fulfillment.
In a recent interview, he discussed family life, changing times, and parenting.
The Koi Chand Rakh actor explained that while the desire for a son is natural, his daughters are the reason behind his happiness and achievements.
He emphasized that the world today is very different from the past — women have more rights, and they are working shoulder to shoulder with men.
Giving an example from his own life, he said, “The way my wife Aiman Khan and her sister Manal Khan managed their home and career at such a young age is truly commendable.”
How he treats his children differently
Talking about parenting, Muneeb shared that he is affectionate and soft-hearted toward his daughters. However, he added that if he had a son, his approach would have been different.
“I don’t treat my daughters strictly, but if I had a son, I would have been more strict in his training so that he would grow up strong and courageous,” he said.
According to him, men possess greater physical strength, and therefore, he would have taught his son to face life’s hardships with bravery and patience.
Muneeb Butt also revealed that he never lets external stress affect his family. “No matter what happens outside, I don’t bring sadness home. When I return, I make sure there’s no sign of worry on my face,” he said.
The actor’s comments reflected his deep affection for his family and his belief in maintaining a positive and peaceful home environment.
