Police in Peshawar have taken 35 Afghan nationals residing in the city unlawfully into custody and deported them during a search and strike operation. According to details, police carried out 41 search and strike operations in various parts of the city over the past week. During the operations, 35 Afghan nationals living in the country without legal documents were deported. A total of 233 suspected individuals were also taken into custody and legal proceedings were initiated against them. Police registered 148 cases against criminal elements.
