Buying returned to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), with the benchmark KSE-100 Index gaining over 1,100 points during the opening hours of trading on Thursday. At 9:40am, the benchmark index was hovering at 121,629.44 level, an increase of 1163.51 points or 0.97%. GAZA CITY: Gaza’s civil defence agency said 33 people were killed by Israeli fire in the Palestinian territory on Wednesday, including 11 who were seeking aid. The Meteorological Department has predicted the start of the pre-monsoon season from June 22, with rainfall expected to be 25% higher than usual across the country. The price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in Quetta has surged by Rs120 per kilogram following the closure of the Pak-Iran border.
