At least 18 migrants, including Pakistanis, died when a vessel capsized off the coast of Tobruk in eastern Libya, according to Arab media reports. The ongoing spell of monsoon rains across Pakistan is expected to persist for another two days, according to the Meteorological Department. As the country braces for more wet weather, authorities have issued alerts for potential urban and riverine flooding in several regions.
