The security forces have completed a search and strike operation against terrorists in the Miryan area of Bannu. The curfew imposed during the operation has been lifted and normal life has resumed, with roads reopened for traffic. According to reports, terrorists had earlier targeted the Miryan police station by dropping explosives using a quadcopter drone.
