KARAK: At least three Federal Constabulary (FC) men were martyred when an ambulance carrying injured personnel came under a terrorist attack in the Badrakhail area of Karak, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, police said on Monday. ISLAMABAD : The Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan has ruled that following the 27th Constitutional Amendment, the Supreme Court of Pakistan no longer holds the authority to interpret the constitution and laws. Justice Aamir Farooq, delivering the landmark verdict, clarified that prior to the 27th Amendment, the Supreme Court had the power to interpret constitutional and legal provisions.
