Ghazi Ghauri, Razaullah and Imran Randhawa will make their Test debuts for Pakistan in Birmingham.
Babar Azam said the match presents a great opportunity for the new players to perform and establish themselves on the international stage.
Saim Ayub replaces Imam-ul-Haq
Babar also confirmed that Saim Ayub has been included in the playing XI in place of Imam-ul-Haq.
The inclusion gives Saim a chance to contribute at the top of the order as Pakistan attempt to recover from their 0-2 deficit in the series.
Pakistan’s winless Test record in Birmingham adds another challenge for the visitors, who must now produce a much-improved performance against an England side in control of the series.
