ISLAMABAD (DI NEWS) : Additional Inspector General of Police Operations, Muhammad Ali Babakhel, has said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police have made tremendous sacrifices in the fight against terrorism, and this mission will continue until the menace is completely rooted out. He emphasized that the public—especially the youth—must play a positive and constructive role by standing alongside the police and security forces.
He expressed these views during his visit to the Chinese cultural center China Window in Peshawar, where he met students from Frontier Model School and ICMS Chamkani Branch. He appreciated that students are being introduced to Pakistan–China friendship and gaining knowledge about the country’s long-standing partner.
Addressing the students, AIG Muhammad Ali Babakhel urged them to use social media responsibly and positively. He said that digital platforms should be utilized for the progress of the country and to project Pakistan as a civilized nation globally.
He added that in the current environment, students have a major responsibility to work hard for the development of the country, the nation, and especially Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Responding to questions, he shared that after clearing the CSS exam, his first preference was to join the police, and he feels proud to serve the public as part of the KP Police. He expressed hope that many students would also join the police force in the future.
Earlier during his visit, AIG Babakhel toured various galleries of China Window and showed keen interest. He reiterated that Pakistan–China friendship is “higher than the Himalayas, sweeter than honey, and deeper than the oceans,” and emphasized the need to benefit from China’s development experience.
