ISLAMABAD (DI NEWS) : A high level delegation of spokespersons from twenty one countries attended an exclusive luncheon hosted by Ms Sun, Vice Minister of the International Department of the Communist Party of China. The engagement offered a comprehensive briefing on the initiatives, priorities, and global outreach of IDCPC. Pakistan was represented by Mr Rana Ihsan Afzal, Coordinator to the Prime Minister of Pakistan, who led the delegation, and Mr Tahir Farooq. The gesture of appointing the Pakistani representative as head of the delegation once again reflected China’s deep respect and regard for Pakistan.
The session provided an important opportunity to understand China’s long term vision, strategic direction, and institutional planning that have shaped the country’s remarkable development. Ms Sun highlighted the department’s continued efforts to enhance political dialogue, strengthen global partnerships, and support China’s national development objectives.
