Tajikistan’s Defense Minister Col Gen Sabirzadeh Imam Ali Abdul Rahim called on Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir at GHQ Rawalpindi.
During the meeting, both sides discussed matters of mutual interest, regional security, and bilateral defense cooperation.
According to the ISPR, Field Marshal Asim Munir and the Tajik defense minister reaffirmed their resolve to strengthen military collaboration in the areas of training, counterterrorism, and regional security.
Col Gen Sabirzadeh Imam Ali Abdul Rahim praised the professional capabilities of the Pakistan Army and its contributions to peace and stability in the region.
The army chief emphasized the importance of joint efforts for regional stability and prosperity and reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to enhancing defense and security cooperation with Tajikistan.
