China’s Commerce Ministry on Thursday announced the imposition of export control measures on technologies related to rare earths, with immediate effect.
In a statement, the ministry added that foreign organizations and individuals must obtain a dual-use items export license before exporting certain rare earths related items to countries and regions outside China.
