Warmly welcomed by senior Communist Party officials and Pakistan’s Ambassador to China Khalil Hashmi, her visit focuses on strengthening Punjab-China ties. Official engagements, beginning Monday, include visits to hospitals, schools, and institutions. Maryam expressed gratitude to the Chinese people, emphasizing the deepening Pak-China friendship and aspirations to elevate Punjab’s economic and financial progress through collaboration with China.
