At least 10 foreign terrorists were killed and several others injured during a joint operation by the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) and police in the Makarwal area of Mianwali, according to police sources. During the exchange of fire, a civilian was also injured after being shot in the leg. The injured has been shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. The operation is still underway as security forces continue to engage with the remaining militants in the area. Police confirmed that all CTD and police personnel involved in the operation remain safe and unharmed.
